5-Minute Blender Hummus

I love hummus. It’s almost a perfect food. Savory and garlicky, it’s suitable as a dip or a spread. High in prebiotic fiber and monounsaturated fats, it makes a great snack for a low-glycemic diet like South Beach phase 1, but can also be enjoyed with bread or on sandwiches.
